I was born in Malaysia, into a culture that values discipline, achievement, and respect.
From an early age, I learned to wear many hats, speak many languages (sometimes at once), and navigate the expectations of multiple worlds.
When I started my career in human resources, I believed success meant having the answers:
→ A clear plan.
→ A defined path.
→ A steady climb upward.
And for a long time, I followed that path faithfully.
Leading HR across the Middle East for global names like Citi and Standard Chartered.
Crafting strategies, managing change, hiring leaders, and driving results.
But somewhere along the way, something shifted.
I began to notice that the most powerful moments didn’t come from policies or systems.


My Story
They came from pauses.
→ A leader opening up about burnout.
→ A young analyst is doubting their place in the room.
→ A manager wrestling with the meaning behind the metrics.
In those moments, I realized what had once changed my life wasn’t direction.
It was present. Someone holding space. Someone is asking the right question at the right time.
So I chose to become that person for others.
Today, I’m a certified professional coach, a Transition Intelligence practitioner, and a passionate advocate for human-centered leadership.
